Erika Alm

Erika focuses on sales leadership and client management across masterplan developments, private clubs, and branded resort projects. Her favorite part of the industry is to assemble and work with exceptional sales talent, collaborating to exceed client expectations and business goals. Under her leadership, project teams have hit multiple all-time gross sales, price point, price-per-square-foot, and velocity records in multiple marketing including Hawaii, Utah, and California.

With $3B+ in sales and over 20 years-experience, Erika has led real estate projects across the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe and worked with top tier luxury residential brands.

Previously, Erika was a partner at PowerPlay, responsible for growing the luxury project real estate company’s portfolio. She started her real estate career at Intrawest holding senior sales leadership positions across North America and Europe, coming from a background in sports marketing and athlete management.

Jason Schlackl

Jason has 20 years experience in luxury branded, resort masterplan, and urban developments with a core focus on marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and project management. He has represented many of the world’s leading luxury residential brands including Ritz-Carlton, Rosewood, and Four Seasons along with standalone destination brands throughout the US, Mexico, and internationally.

His passion for developing and executing story-driven branding and integrated lead generation strategies combined with relentless focus on execution has led to over $2 Billion in closed sales.

Prior to Playbook, Jason was a partner at PowerPlay, one of North America’s top project sales & marketing firms. He got his start in the real estate industry with Intrawest, the Vancouver-based resort developer managing marketing & sales throughout the US, Canada, and New Zealand.
